HGM Furnishing will supply only to the public via internet sales. Please be advised that we do not allow callers to our warehouse.
HGM Furnishing reserves the right to decline any prospective customer who, due either to their location or non payment for goods or postage/courier costs.
 
Delivery
 
All deliveries are dispatched via courier service direct to your door. All orders are trackable and must be signed for. Failure to deliver on the day will result in a card being posted in mail box for your attention and instructions will be printed for you to follow. All prices are calculated once the location and selected items are confirmed. We aim to make deliveries as convenient as possible for our customers. Please be advised that failure to contact courier to receive goods could result in a charge for return of goods and administration charges.
 
Payment Terms
All orders are paid for direct via our internet site. All goods are to be paid for in full including delivery charges before any goods are dispatched via HGM Furnishing. All goods remain the property of HGM Furnishing until full and final payment has been received.
Return of Good/Credits
 
HGM Furnishing will only accept return of goods under the following criteria:
 
  1. Any damaged or missing items must be reported to HGM Furnishing, by email or fax, within 3 working days of delivery.
  2. Credit Notes will only be issued upon receipt by HGM Furnishing if the goods are returned in their original boxes/cartons.
  3. The courier delivering your goods will only accept goods with the strict authority of HGM Furnishing
  4. The condition of the goods becomes the responsibility of the buyer immediately upon delivery by HGM Furnishing to the purchasers address. We will not accept return of any goods that have been transported after delivery by HGM Furnishing.
  5. Please be advised that any Ex-display may not be returned and they are sold as described.
